TheOvative Group Sr. Account Analyst, Client Services positionoffers the right candidate an opportunity to take on a truly cross-functional role at a fast-growing company, partnering with media, measurement and strategy teams to bring client strategies to life. This position will focus on client business performance, building client trust and relationship and cross-team (internal and external) coordination.The right candidate will be highly analytical and detail-oriented, with great critical thinking and communication skills and motivated by driving strong results for our clients.

Responsibilities of a Sr. Analyst, Client Services:

  • Cross-team coordination

    • Partner with Account and Media teams to help drive forward digital media execution across all internal and external stakeholders

    • Exhibit strong project management skills to move key initiatives forward to meet client deliverable dates

    • Support storytelling, quality, consistency, and clarity of written deliverables, especially in presentations and slide decks and email communications

  • Performance and results

    • Monitor ongoing client business and digital media performance to best assist with budgets,forecasts and digital media mix decisions

    • Perform daily data analysis, create weekly/monthly reporting & insights of digital media performance, and translate analyses into clearly communicated insights via slides/documents/emails to the client

    • Partner with channel teams assisting in updated planning, strategy and execution based on digital media program performance

  • Client management

    • Build trust and credibility with the client's day to day working team, and consistently deliver the best interaction of the client's day

    • Seek to understand the client's business/industry and understand how their work connects to the broader project and client goals

    • Support in the presentation of client facing solutions, including competitive/landscape research and audits

  • Leadership development

    • Manage work independently with initial direction from manager

    • Regularly speak up, ask questions, and express your POV

    • Support internal Ovative initiatives and be additive to Ovative's hardworking, genuine, and fun culture

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, customer data and insights, customer strategy, MarTech, or other marketing disciplines

  • Direct client engagement experience preferred

  • Excellent communication (e.g., oral, written, presentation development) and deliverable production skills

  • Sound conceptual and pragmatic problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail

Pay Transparency

At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus.Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. For our Sr. Analyst positions, our compensation ranges from $62,000 to $93,000, which is inclusive of a 15% bonus.
