• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy sessions via approved telehealth platforms, using engaging techniques tailored to each client's needs.
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to diagnose and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our efficient electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Participate in optional virtual team consultations, sharing insights and gaining additional support from peers.
• Uphold best practices in client confidentiality and ethical standards as mandated by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and HIPAA regulations.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including both adolescents and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your clients may come from different cultural backgrounds and hold various perspectives on mental health, which will require you to adapt your therapeutic approach accordingly. Our focus on trauma-informed care means you will be equipped to handle sensitive issues and provide comprehensive support to clients navigating personal and situational crises.

• Must possess a current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California, with no disciplinary action against it.
• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is necessary.
• Experience providing therapeutic services, particularly in a remote or hybrid environment, is required to ensure comfort with virtual methodologies.
• Ability to work independently while remaining in contact with a supportive remote team is crucial.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms, or a willingness to learn is essential for efficient service delivery.

• Experience in teletherapy or prior remote work experience in the mental health field is highly valued.
• Familiarity with cultural competence and trauma-informed practices will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Previous work with adolescents and their families, particularly in a school setting, is appreciated but not mandatory.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, supplemented by comprehensive benefits.
