You will join our specialty respiratory team to support specialist healthcare providers across your territory. You will provide clear clinical education, help navigate access and reimbursement, and build strong professional relationships. We value curiosity, practical problem solving and teamwork. Responsibilities:

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specialist customers, including pulmonologists, allergists, nurse specialists and practice managers.

  • Deliver clear, evidence-based clinical education and support to specialist teams.

  • Identify reimbursement and distribution needs and connect customers with appropriate support resources.

  • Develop tailored account plans and tactics to drive patient access and service.

  • Work closely with cross-functional partners, including market access, medical affairs, and marketing.

  • Adhere to compliance and ethical guidelines in all customer interactions.


Why You?
Basic Qualifications:
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • Experience engaging specialty healthcare providers in respiratory or related therapeutic areas.

  • Ability to travel domestically, including occasional overnight travel up to 30%.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to drive as required for the role.

  • The selected candidate will be hired at the appropriate level based on experience:

    • Specialty Account Specialist (grade 8): 5+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.

    • Senior Specialty Account Specialist (grade 7): 12+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Experience with specialty products using Buy & Bill or specialty pharmacy distribution channels.

  • Familiarity working with payer reimbursement or market access teams.

  • Background in biologic, rare disease, immunology or respiratory/pulmonology specialty sales.

  • Experience selling into integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or hospital systems.

  • Infusion experience.

  • Specialty pharmacy experience.

  • Proven ability to develop account plans and track measurable outcomes.

  • Comfortable working in a primarily remote role with occasional in-person and hybrid team activities.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.


Work Arrangement/Location:

This is a field-based role. Most work is conducted in the field across your assigned territory. You will travel regularly within the territory and occasionally beyond. Driving is an essential function.

The US annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $138,000 to $230,000. The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
