This position is remote, giving you flexibility in your work setting while allowing you to focus on impacting the lives of children and their families. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of activities aimed at promoting the well-being of children and their families:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the developmental needs of children.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), creating tailored strategies that foster child development.
• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as an integral team member, ensuring that the goals set in the IFSP are met efficiently.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families, equipping them with the tools and techniques necessary to support their child’s development.
• Implement evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance learning opportunities.
• Facilitate relationship-building with children, families, and team members, promoting a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere.
• Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations regarding child welfare and support services.
• Utilize coaching models and natural environment teaching to effectively engage with children and emphasize their learning in everyday scenarios.

Your role will primarily focus on infants, toddlers, and their families who are experiencing challenges related to developmental delays or disabilities. The services you provide will not only address immediate needs but also lay the foundation for long-term success. You will work closely with families from diverse backgrounds, offering them specialized support that addresses their unique circumstances and priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure as an LCSW issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is required for occasional community visits.
• Proficiency in adapting to various learning styles, ensuring that each child’s individualized treatment plan is effectively supported.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• A demonstrated commitment to applying Natural Learning Environment Practices in your work.
