Director of Enterprise Accounts, Commercial Strategy & Pricing

Job Summary

The Director of Enterprise Accounts, Commercial Strategy & Pricing plays a key leadership role in shaping Enterprise Accounts (EA) and its partnership with the 5 Medical Device Cardiovascular Business Units (BUs).

This role leads EA's longrange strategy, strengthens pricing alignment, advances commercial execution, and ensures strong coordination with the BUs.

The Director owns the EA 3Year Plan, partnering with BU teams to integrate market trends, competitive insights, innovation priorities, and financial goals.

The Director also serves as EA's reimbursement liaison, translating market access changes into clear guidance for EA and BU teams. This role further leads to the design of an improved commercial deployment model to support and scale strategic customer relationships.

This individual will act as a strategic partner to EA and BU leadership, helping evolve EA's commercial engagement model, strengthen core capabilities, and enable sustained growth across the cardiovascular portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development and communication of the EA 3Year Plan with BU alignment
Shape EA's longterm strategic direction in partnership with BU and enterprise leadership
Translate pricing, reimbursement, and policy changes into guidance for EA and BU teams
Strengthen EA's pricing strategy and ensure consistency across major accounts
Lead the evolution of EA's commercial deployment model to improve alignment and effectiveness
Guide segmentation and targeting initiatives to support commercial execution
Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
Support decisionmaking through clear, datadriven recommendations
Champion improved tools and processes that strengthen EA capabilities
Lead major crossfunctional initiatives from planning through execution
Build and mentor a highperforming EA team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
12+ years of experience in strategy, pricing, commercial operations, or enterpriselevel account leadership
Experience in complex, matrixed organizations, ideally in medical devices or regulated industries
Proven ability to lead strategic planning and influence senior stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with experience driving datainformed commercial and pricing decisions
Excellent executive communication and influencing skills
Demonstrated success leading crossfunctional initiatives
Track record of building and developing highperforming teams

The base pay for this position is

$171,300.00 - $342,700.00
