In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities aimed at supporting your clients' mental health journeys. Your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting effective one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video conferencing tools.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral techniques, to address client concerns.
• Creating and managing individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Facilitating discussions that help clients gain insights into their emotions, behavioral patterns, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitoring and evaluating client progress throughout their treatment, making adjustments as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Encouraging clients to develop and sustain healthy coping strategies in response to life's challenges.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present diverse mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress management, and relational issues. The majority of clients seek supportive therapy to improve their quality of life, making it essential for therapists to provide empathetic listening and guidance in a safe environment.

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid license allowing for autonomous practice as a:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted.
• No disciplinary actions on your professional record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in computer systems and online communication tools.

A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred. Candidates should have familiarity with telehealth practices and a proven record of successfully managing treatment plans for a variety of client issues.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, depending on the number of hours worked and experience level. Additionally, our compensation package includes:
