Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A valid license allowing for autonomous practice as a:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted.
  • No disciplinary actions on your professional record.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and online communication tools.
Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred. Candidates should have familiarity with telehealth practices and a proven record of successfully managing treatment plans for a variety of client issues.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, depending on the number of hours worked and experience level. Additionally, our compensation package includes:
