Job Description

  • Candidates must be comfortable handling 45-50 inbound calls per day with a 5-6 minute average handle time.
  • Two call types daily — business/legal inquiries around medical record status (quick and professional) and patient-facing calls requiring patience, empathy, and the ability to walk callers through a process.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required for 3 of the 10 positions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
