• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and develop a deep understanding of their unique needs.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that are responsive to each client's specific objectives and preferences, integrating measurable goals to track progress.
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to address clients' diverse challenges.
• Work collaboratively with clients to explore effective coping mechanisms and equip them with skills to manage symptoms proactively in their everyday lives.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring privacy and trust within the therapeutic relationship.
• Participate actively in regular supervision sessions, professional development activities, and case consultations to continually enhance your clinical expertise and knowledge base.

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your work will directly impact the quality of life of individuals seeking support, enabling them to navigate difficult times and foster emotional resilience.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Current and relevant licensure as a mental health therapist (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) or eligibility to obtain licensure.

• Previous experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups, ideally in a telehealth setting.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and cultural competence, enabling effective communication and connection with a diverse clientele.
• A commitment to ongoing education and professional advancement within the mental health field, demonstrating a passion for learning new techniques and methodologies.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with full-time mental health counselors earning between USD 63,000 and USD 130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
