POSITIONS OVERVIEW:

In these roles, you will play a key part in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions that enable analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organization. Youโ€™ll work hands-on with modern data platforms and collaborate with cross-functional partners to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Whether youโ€™re early in your career building foundational skills or an experienced engineer leading enterprise-scale initiatives, youโ€™ll contribute to a data-driven culture by developing reliable pipelines, advancing data quality and governance, and continuously improving our cloud-based data ecosystem.

These are full-time, exempt roles.ย  ย 
POSITIONS SUMMARY:

Depending on your level, youโ€™ll:

  • Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows
  • Develop scalable data models, data structures, and data integrations
  • Work with modern cloud platforms including Azure Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake, and Databricks
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance
  • Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and data scientists
  • Contribute to or lead complex, cross-functional data initiatives
  • Improve platform reliability through monitoring, validation, and automation
  • Create clear documentation, runbooks, and data lineage
  • Mentor junior engineers (Senior-level roles)

Technology Stack includes:ย 

  • Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, ADLS)
  • Databricks, Delta Tables, Spark / PySpark
  • SQL / T-SQL, Python (plus Java/Scala in some teams)
  • Power BI and analytics tools
  • CI/CD via GitHub / Azure DevOps

Associate Data Engineer (0โ€“2 years)

  • Build foundational skills in ETL, cloud data platforms, and data architecture
  • Work alongside experienced engineers to deliver scalable solutions
  • Ideal for candidates with strong SQL/Python fundamentals and a passion for learning

Data Engineer II (up to 5+ years)

  • Own development of pipelines, models, and datasets
  • Drive improvements in data quality, governance, and performance
  • Work independently across multiple projects with business impact

Senior Data Engineer (5+ years)

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:
