We are partnered with an experienced commercial GC looking for industry professionals who can identify restaurant or retail construction opportunities in the Midwest states and send blueprint sets for bidding.

Its a flexible, fully remote role with no set hours required that pays $400 per approved blueprint set (no selling or project management required).

They are fully vetted and have completed projects for major chains like KFC, Arby's, IHOP, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, etc.

Essentially, any work you know of through your existing network or that is out of scope for your current company (complying with any moonlighting or noncompete agreements) and can be considered qualified work, they'd offer $400 for the referral opportunity.

They are a smaller scale GC, provide white-glove, top notch customer service, can operate in 40 states, and do about $5m in projects per year. They do not have the need for a new-full time BD rep and this role provides a great alternative with the upside of monetizing your existing network and would provide your network contacts with another solid bid from a reputable, safe, and experienced GC.

If you have anexisting pipeline for restaurant or retail construction work, apply today to learn more!
