• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status to create personalized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based practices.

• Current and valid state license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
