Job description

About the Role

We're looking for a high-energy, Spanish Bi-lingual relationship-driven sales professional to grow our network of roofing contractors and restoration partners across the country. This is a hunter role: you'll be on the phone, at industry events, on social media, and in person building relationships with roofers and contractors so they bring us their insurance-claim jobs. If you love the chase, thrive on building trust fast, and can turn a cold contact into a long-term referral partner, this is your seat.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and win new contractor relationships. Identify, contact, and close roofing and contracting companies willing to route their insurance-claim jobs through our team — via phone outreach, in-person visits, and networking.
  • Represent us at industry events. Attend trade shows, regional roofing events, and local meetups to generate leads and strengthen our brand presence (e.g., coordinating flyers, sponsorships, and booth presence for events like regional roofing expos).
  • Run social media outreach. Use social channels to identify prospects, build visibility, and nurture relationships with contractors and roofers.
  • Deliver in-person training. Educate contractor and roofing partners on how to properly identify, document, and submit strong insurance claims so referred jobs convert.
  • Manage and grow existing partnerships. Maintain regular contact with active partners, troubleshoot lead-distribution or communication issues, and identify expansion opportunities in new markets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on claims flow. Work with claims and mitigation teams to ensure partner-submitted jobs have complete, accurate documentation and keep referral partners updated on claim status.
  • Track and report activity. Log outreach, meetings, and partnership status in our CRM; report on pipeline, wins, and follow-ups.
  • Travel as needed. Represent the company in-market across our 7-state footprint for events, partner visits, and training sessions.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of outside sales, business development, or partner/channel management experience — roofing, restoration, insurance claims, or construction industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals with contractors, roofers, or similar trade partners.
  • Comfortable with heavy phone prospecting, in-person meetings, and public speaking/training.
  • Self-starter who can manage a remote, travel-heavy schedule with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communicator — able to explain claims processes clearly to non-experts.
  • Experience with CRM tools (GoHighLevel or similar) a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) MUST
  • Valid driver's license and willingness/ability to travel 1 x per month.

What Success Looks Like

  • A growing, active pipeline of contractor and roofing partners consistently referring insurance-claim jobs.
  • Strong attendance and lead generation at regional industry events.
  • High partner retention through responsive support and clear communication.
  • Expansion of our footprint into new markets within the 20-state territory.

Base salary/commission structure, travel/expense reimbursement
