Position Overview

Rubin Lublin, LLC is seeking a bright and motivated Associate Attorney with non-judicial foreclosure or title review experience to join our Real Estate Group. The role may be hybrid or remote and the attorney must be licensed in a non-judicial foreclosure state.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation and title-related deadlines efficiently and proactively.
  • Review and analyze title reports and related documents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal staff.
  • Ensure compliance with firm and client expectations regarding accuracy, timeliness, and professional standards.
  • Ability to work independently and leverage technology in reviewing title reports and foreclosure files

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in a non-judicial foreclosure state
  • Has experience in real estate, foreclosure and/or title law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong self-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
