+$300 bonus for every successfully hired driver after the driver works 20 days with the company
Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week

Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced recruiter who specializes in hiring CDL Class A OTR truck drivers across the United States.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of CDL truck driver recruiting experience
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Proven ability to source, screen,and interview CDL Class A drivers
Strong understanding of FMCSA hiring requirements and driver qualification standards
Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed, Tenstreet, Driver Pulse, Facebook, CDL job boards, or similar tools
Well-developed connections with CDL schools to find more future CDL drivers
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Equipment Requirements:
Reliable computer or laptop
High-speed internet connection

Responsibilities:
Source qualified CDL Class A OTR drivers
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews
