Hiring full-time Customer Care Associates for its growing North Carolina operation.

This is a work-from-home position supporting people with their daily transportation needs. You will assist customers by phone, provide accurate information, and help resolve their questions in a professional and compassionate manner.

No previous call center or customer service experience is required. We provide paid training and the support you need to succeed. However, applicants must have previous verifiable work experience.

Requirements

To qualify, you must:

  • Live within a 50-mile straight-line radius of Salisbury, North Carolina.
  • Reside in either North Carolina or South Carolina.
  • Be available to work 40 hours per week.
  • Be able to select and consistently work one of the available full-time schedules.
  • Have previous verifiable work experience.
  • Have clear verbal communication skills.
  • Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Have reliable high-speed internet.
  • Have a quiet, dedicated workspace in your home.
