The position is remote, allowing flexibility for professionals who are passionate about making a difference from the comfort of their own homes. You will primarily collaborate with a team of skilled professionals focused on children’s services through federal and state programs. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will undertake several key responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children with developmental delays.
• Actively participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), working hand-in-hand with families to create tailored strategies.
• Monitoring outcomes and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure the continuous improvement of children's development.
• Providing support and guidance to families, offering strategies and resources to enhance their child's skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas.
• Adhering to all federal and state regulations to maintain compliance and safety standards in practice.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and coaching models that foster learning in natural environments.
• Building rapport with families, children, and multidisciplinary teams to create a supportive learning atmosphere.
• Providing feedback and guidance to families on enhancing developmental strategies tailored to each child's individual needs.

You will primarily serve infants and toddlers who exhibit disabilities or developmental delays, along with their families. The role emphasizes early intervention techniques that help young children develop essential skills during the critical first three years of life. Your expertise will be pivotal in assisting families to understand child development and how to help their children reach their fullest potential.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health is mandatory.
• A valid driver's license is required for potential on-site visits.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a commitment to maintaining detailed documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Demonstrate commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices, ensuring interventions are reflective of each child's unique needs.

Candidates with at least one year of experience in providing early intervention services, particularly with children in similar settings, will be highly regarded.
