Job description

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Program Manager to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.Job Description and ResponsibilitiesLeads and manages complex federal programs and task orders supporting information technology, data management, and telecommunications initiatives. Provides oversight of multidisciplinary teams responsible for the analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, implementation, and sustainment of automated information systems. Directs daily program operations, manages resources and schedules, coordinates multiple projects and geographically dispersed teams, and ensures successful execution of contractual requirements, deliverables, and performance objectives. Serves as the primary liaison between government customers, technical teams, and organizational leadership, providing program reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and strategic guidance to ensure mission success.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA)Knowledge of federal program management principles, processes, and best practices for executing complex IT, data management, and telecommunications initiatives.Ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams supporting the analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, implementation, and sustainment of automated information systems.Skill in managing multiple concurrent projects, task orders, schedules, resources, and deliverables in support of federal mission objectives.Ability to develop and implement program management processes, governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking methodologies.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage government customers, technical teams, subcontractors, and organizational leadership.Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, manage competing priorities, and ensure successful execution of contractual requirements within scope, schedule, and budget.Knowledge of contract support operations, stakeholder coordination, and quality management practices within a federal environment.Desired KSABe a positive, self-motivated, and proactive person with the ability to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situationsCandidate must communicate effectively with team members, team lead, management, and government customersMust have the ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervisionMinimum Training, Education, and CertificationsTen (10) years of leadership experienceBS or BAPMP or similar certificationDOD 8570/8140 IAM Level IIMinimum ClearanceSecretPhysical RequirementsRequired to stand, walk and sit; communicate verbally both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
