As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be primarily responsible for:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that promote positive interactions, mutual support, and collective healing among clients.
• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized counseling sessions that delve into clients’ thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns, equipping them with effective coping strategies and action plans.
• Treatment Planning: Work collaboratively with clients to draft individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific mental health needs and personal goals.
• Progress Evaluation: Consistently monitor and assess client progress through various evidence-based assessment tools and feedback instruments to ensure successful treatment outcomes.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Actively collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care efforts, ensuring comprehensive support for every client.

This role focuses on young adults who are navigating a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Our outpatient treatment center combines therapeutic sessions with holistic approaches to empower our clients. By fostering a nurturing environment, we inspire hope and support recovery.

• A Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining accountability and communication.

• Demonstrated experience providing mental health treatment, particularly with young adults or adolescents.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.
• Experience in facilitating both group and individual therapy sessions.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a stable salary, we provide comprehensive benefits that include:
