In this role, you will apply your knowledge of exercise programming, client motivation, communication, and health and safety to evaluate and develop high-quality fitness content.

This opportunity is ideal for seasoned fitness professionals who can provide practical, evidence-informed insights and clearly communicate exercise and program-design principles. No prior AI experience is required—your fitness expertise and professional judgment are what matter most.

Scope of Work
  • Design and evaluate comprehensive fitness and wellness programs tailored to different goals, experience levels, and client needs.
  • Review fitness-related scenarios, exercise concepts, and instructional content for accuracy, clarity, and practical applicability.
  • Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on exercise programming and fitness guidance.
  • Evaluate health and safety considerations within exercise routines and recommend appropriate best practices.
  • Develop and assess motivational strategies and communication approaches for diverse client profiles.
  • Review exercise instruction and program design for effectiveness, clarity, and appropriate progression.
  • Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or gaps in fitness-related content and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Document professional findings and recommendations clearly to support AI model training and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with other subject-matter experts to maintain the accuracy, quality, and relevance of training materials.

Preferred Qualifications
