Customer Success & Enrollment Specialist

Location: Remote (PST Hours) Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST

The Mission

At Koru K9, we don’t just "book appointments." We provide a lifeline to dog owners who are often at their wits' end. As our Customer Success & Enrollment Specialist, you are the first point of contact and the voice of our brand. You aren’t just answering phones; you are consulting with clients, demonstrating empathy, and guiding them toward the life-changing results our trainers provide.

The Role

This is a high-volume, high-detail position that requires a unique blend of sales-mindedness and genuine empathy. You will be fully trained in the "Koru K9 Way," eventually becoming an expert on our services, our ethos, and the dog training industry.

Your daily impact includes:

  • The Front Line: Handling a high volume of inquiries via phone, text, and email with professional polish and speed.

  • Consultative Sales: Turning inquiries into clients by deeply understanding their needs and explaining how our methodology can solve their dog’s behavioral issues.

  • Data Integrity: Maintaining meticulous records of every interaction. In our world, the small details make the biggest difference.

  • Knowledge Mastery: Continuously evolving your understanding of our services to act as a true expert for our clients and office team.

  • Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and multitask across various communication and CRM platforms.
