In this fully remote position, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, and addiction specialists, allowing for a cohesive approach to client care. The flexibility of a remote work setting enables you to conduct virtual assessments, therapy sessions, and follow-ups while utilizing telehealth technology to maintain strong client connections. Work hours are primarily Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but flexibility may be required to accommodate client needs, including occasional evenings or weekends.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients entering detox, evaluating emotional, social, and environmental factors that influence their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with clients and their families to create personalized care plans that align with individual goals, preferences, and recovery timelines.
• Provide individual and group counseling, offering emotional support and coping strategies to address challenges related to detoxification and substance use.
• Advocate for clients' rights within the treatment process, ensuring they receive appropriate resources and support from community services and healthcare providers.
• Monitor client progress through routine check-ins and documentation in electronic health records (EHR), adhering to regulatory standards and contributing to clinical insights.
• Engage in case management by coordinating care services, including referrals for continued treatment and community support groups post-detox.
• Facilitate family sessions to improve communication and conflict resolution, helping to strengthen the support network for clients.
• Provide education on addiction, recovery, and available resources to enhance client and family engagement in the healing process.

This role focuses on individuals in the detox phase of recovery, who may face a range of psychosocial challenges as they transition away from substance use. You will work with a diverse population across various backgrounds, understanding their individual experiences and tailoring your support to fit their unique needs. Your intervention can significantly impact their recovery journey, helping to foster resilience and improving overall quality of life.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, with preference given for advanced degrees.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in social work, preferably in addiction treatment, mental health, or related fields is required.
• Strong understanding of addiction issues, recovery processes, and the social work principles guiding client interactions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrable ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Experience with EHR systems and telehealth technologies for effective client management.

While not mandatory, additional certifications in addiction counseling or trauma-informed care can enhance your suitability for this role. Familiarity with community resources and programs in Arizona that support individuals in recovery will also be advantageous.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
