• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapy services tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate the mental health needs of clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities including individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Collaborate with clients to establish specific, achievable goals and regularly monitor their progress throughout the therapy process.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and precision.
• Utilize a convenient electronic platform for efficient handling of client scheduling, session notes, and other administrative tasks.

Our therapists serve a diverse client population ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role involves tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the cultural and individual needs of our clients, fostering an inclusive and understanding therapeutic environment.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Must hold a valid and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW by the State Board, enabling you to practice independently and without supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping clients through their mental health challenges.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, those with specialized training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based methodologies will be highly regarded. Previous experience working with complex cases in a remote setting can enhance your application.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 80,000 and 100,000, depending on experience and expertise. Moreover, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to welcome you to our team. Additional benefits include:
