This position offers a remote work setting, providing you with the flexibility to deliver care from the comfort of your home while still being connected to our supportive team. Our work schedule primarily involves Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, although occasional evenings or weekends may arise to accommodate client appointments. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop informed treatment strategies.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the specific goals of each client, using therapeutic modalities suited to their conditions.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions for a diverse array of clients, ensuring therapeutic interventions align with each client’s needs.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to provide holistic care and treatment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client privacy at all times.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health care.
