• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status, focusing on their unique histories and presenting issues.
• Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals for therapeutic progress.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients utilizing teletherapy platforms, ensuring high-quality care through solution-focused and evidence-based methodologies.
• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, responding promptly and effectively to urgent client needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to keep abreast of the latest mental health practices and compliance standards, enhancing service delivery.

Our client base primarily consists of adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form trusting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences and needs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload.
• An absence of any disciplinary actions on professional licenses or credentials.

• Previous experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly with adult populations.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual therapy practices.
• Experience developing and leading workshops or educational sessions in mental health awareness.
