• Provide outstanding, evidence-based therapy services tailored for a diverse array of clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.
• Conduct thorough assessments to better understand clients' backgrounds and challenges, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans that drive progress.
• Engage actively in therapy sessions across various modalities, including individual, couples, and family sessions, adapting your approach to best suit each client's situation.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear goals, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring all necessary information is captured accurately.
• Utilize our intuitive digital system, which simplifies client scheduling and session documentation, allowing you to focus on client care rather than administrative tasks.

The clients you will work with come from various backgrounds, presenting a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve building trusting relationships and creating a safe environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences. • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Current, full licensure from the State Board to practice independently without supervision, such as LCPC, LSCSW, LCSW, LCMFT, or PsyD.

While we value diversity in experience, candidates with prior experience in outpatient counseling settings, those familiar with telehealth practices, and those who utilize evidence-based treatment modalities will find this role particularly rewarding.
