You’ll lead high-impact compliance efforts, conduct detailed audits, and guide teams through complex wage requirements that truly matter. What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for prevailing wage compliance, ensuring payrolls meet all wage and apprenticeship requirements
  • Review and audit certified payrolls and supporting documentation to catch issues early and keep projects on track
  • Partner closely with contractors, internal teams, and regulators to resolve payroll and compliance questions
  • Train and guide others on wage rules, reporting requirements, and best practices
  • Create clear reports and recommendations that improve compliance processes and reduce risk
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in prevailing wage or labor compliance (construction, public works, or government contracting preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of Davis-Bacon and state prevailing wage regulations
  • Hands-on experience auditing certified payrolls and wage documentation
  • Proven ability to work directly with contractors, internal teams, and regulators
  • LCP Tracker experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business, or a related field
