The Millennial Counseling Centre is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team in a remote, full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize established therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma, establish coping strategies, and progress towards recovery.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and rehabilitation professionals to provide comprehensive integrated care for patients.
  • Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective response for clients in distress.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
