We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team at WholeLife Authentic Care Mental and Wellness Center. In this fully remote role, you will provide personalized mental health counseling to stable, low-acuity adults, contributing to their overall well-being and emotional resilience. This position is designed for both full-time and part-time candidates, allowing for over 30 hours or more than 5 hours a week, respectively, with the ability to set your own schedule and work from the comfort of your home.

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to understand clients' mental health status and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering recovery and growth.
• Utilize video chat technology to provide ethical, compassionate, and effective counseling services.
• Empower clients by teaching them coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and communication skills tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Maintain thorough, yet concise documentation to track progress while keeping paperwork to a minimum.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay informed about the latest mental health practices.

Your primary focus will be on low-acuity adults who are seeking support for manageable mental health challenges. These individuals may be coping with daily life stressors, anxiety, or mild depression—clients who can benefit from guidance to enhance their coping mechanisms and overall mental resilience.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• An active state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean record with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills along with proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote therapy.
• A stable high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless communication with clients.

• Experience providing mental health services via telehealth platforms or in outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal oversight.
• A background in developing personalized treatment plans with measurable outcomes.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on the number of hours worked. Additional benefits include:
