The Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist will help shape the compliance framework that supports our commitment to doing business the right way. In this role, you'll monitor regulatory developments, identify emerging compliance risks, coordinate remediation efforts, and partner with teams across the organization to strengthen accountability and regulatory readiness. You'll serve as a trusted resource for compliance guidance, helping business leaders navigate changing requirements while supporting audits, examinations, and regulatory inquiries.

Requirements

Responsibilities for the Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Risk Management, Finance, Insurance, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Three to six years of experience in insurance compliance, legal, regulatory affairs, risk management, audit, insurance operations, or a related field
  • Experience supporting compliance programs, audits, investigations, regulatory complaints, corrective actions, and related compliance processes within a regulated industry
  • Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and assessing compliance risks
  • Experience collaborating with business, operational, legal, audit, and technology teams to support compliance initiatives and issue resolution  
  • Experience with NIPR, insurance licensing and appointment processes, market conduct activities, or state insurance regulatory interactions, preferred
  • Juris Doctor, Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), or other relevant professional designation, preferred.
