Responsibilities:
1. Representing clients in employment litigation matters
2. Conducting extensive legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
4. Taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in arbitrations and trials.
5. Collaborating with team members to develop litigation strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience
4. Proficient in legal research, writing, and trial practice.
5. Experience in taking and defending depositions.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
