This position is part of a two-person docketing team supporting attorneys across the firm's litigation, tax litigation, and intellectual property litigation practices. The successful candidate will serve as the more senior member of the team, bringing deep docketing expertise and acting as a key resource for attorneys, staff, and the firm's other Docketing Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of law firm docketing experience, with 10+ years strongly preferred, and a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local court rules and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Review court filings, orders, notices, and correspondence to calculate and calendar litigation deadlines.

  • Significant experience using CompuLaw for rules-based calendaring and deadline calculation.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules, including litigation procedures and filing requirements.
  • Experience supporting litigation practices; exposure to tax litigation and/or intellectual property litigation is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a senior-level docketing role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.

Pay rate range 40-55/hr based on experience and location.
