Job description

Job Title: Epic Provisioning Analyst

Duration: 6 Months with possible extension
Location: Remote
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an Epic Provisioning Analyst to support Identity and Access Management and Epic user provisioning. The role will manage Epic accounts, access, and security in accordance with established policies. The ideal candidate will have previous Epic experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot access-related issues.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Epic user provisioning, de-provisioning, access, and security requests.
  • Create and maintain Epic accounts in accordance with security policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve routine user access and provisioning issues.
  • Work with end users and business teams to understand access requirements.
  • Ensure required Epic training and approvals are completed before granting access.
  • Support security initiatives, process improvements, and 24/7 on-call support.


Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of direct Epic experience preferred.
  • Experience with Epic provisioning and security processes.
  • Working knowledge of Data Courier.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
