Job Title: Sales Executive III - Fulfillment Solutions - Remote

Position Summary

Knight-Swift Supply Chain is seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive III to drive new revenue growth by acquiring mid-market enterprise clients who require integrated supply chain solutions.

The ideal candidate has a verifiable track record selling third-party logistics (3PL) services, including e-commerce fulfillment and B2B distribution, and is prepared to manage the full sales cycle.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a mid-level 3 Sales Executive, you will be expected to manage a full sales pipeline with minimal supervision, focusing on solutions that solve complex customer challenges:

· Full Cycle Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting and lead qualification through solution development, proposal presentation, contract negotiation, and close.

· Target Market Focus: Actively prospect and sell customized solutions to companies in two primary segments:

o E-commerce Fulfillment (DTC/D2C): Targeting high-growth brands needing advanced services (pick/pack, shipping, returns, technology integration).

o B2B Distribution: Targeting established brands needing warehousing, retail compliance, and value-added services (kitting, assembly, repackaging).

· Solution Design & Proposal: Conduct deep dive needs assessments to understand prospects' supply chain challenges (e.g., high shipping costs, slow delivery times, inventory inaccuracy). Work cross-functionally with Operations and IT to design and present tailored, cost-effective fulfillment proposals.

· Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales quotas with a goal of closing $6 to $8 Million annually.

· CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activity, client communication, and pipeline stage management within the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).

· Market Strategy: Provide valuable market feedback and competitive insights to the Marketing team to help drive leads.

Required Qualifications

This role requires a candidate who can demonstrate success and is ready to take ownership of a territory and pipeline.

· Experience: 6 + years of verifiable sales experience within the Third-Party Logistics (3PL), Fulfillment, or Supply Chain industry.

· Industry Knowledge:

o Proven ability to sell complex logistics services, specifically e-commerce fulfillment and general B2B distribution.

o Strong understanding of modern warehousing technology (WMS, APIs, e-commerce platform integrations).

o Familiarity with common value-added services (kitting, labeling, returns processing).

· Skills:

o Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

o Excellent written and verbal communication, and formal presentation skills.

o Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).

· Self-Motivated: Highly driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.

· Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot CRM), Microsoft Office Suite, AI, and comfortable with sales technology.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related Sales experience in field preferred.

· Occasional standing, walking, and reaching within a home or remote office environment

· Ability to perform repetitive motions associated with data entry and CRM use.

Work Environment

· Requires reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace suitable for virtual meetings and confidential business communications
