Job description

Eaton's ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking a Manager.SCM.SIOP.Operations. This position is REMOTE Monday -Friday 8:00am-5:00pm for those living in Eastern & Central time zones of the USA. Travel for this role will be approximately 30% for those living near Cleveland OH, Charlotte NC and Pittsburgh PA

May be up to 50% travel for those living outside those areas. As a SIOP Manager you will be leading SIOP Deployment and Business Planning in the region at the IBP/divisional level, working across levels and functions to create and deploy the processes, databases, systems, reports and reviews to enable consistent and effective execution of SIOP in the region. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year.

This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you'll do: As an SIOP Manager you will: Leading SIOP Deployment and Business Planning in the region at the IBP/divisional level, working across levels and functions to create and deploy the processes, databases, systems, reports and reviews to enable consistent and effective execution of SIOP in the region. Managing the Demand Planning team (By Network), enduring that demand planning processes are followed and standardize through ES-A. Also participates on escalations and alignment discussions with functional leaders (Marketing, Operations, Finance etc).

Taking operational responsibility for executing the monthly Divisional SIOP process, working with stakeholders in sales, product divisions, finance and operations to prepare a single, aligned financial and operational plan each month with assumptions documented and approved by the regional leadership team in the Executive Review meeting. Ensuring effective and efficient supply and inventory planning across the E2E supply chain based on the demand for raw, semi-finished and finished goods and ensuring an optimal balance between inventory (working capital) and absorption. Leading the development and execution of the supply chain digitalization strategy relating to SIOP & materials processes & tools that supporting world-class supply chain performance, ensuring that SIOP is embedded in the business culture and processes and that an optimal balance between inventory (working capital) and absorption is ensured throughout the organization.

Qualifications: Basic REQUIRED Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution 5+ years in a relevant role with experience one or more of following areas: SCM, SIOP, ERP systems, demand planning, supply planning, supplier collaboration, marketing, inventory optimization, analytics, BI, and control tower technologies in a manufacturing environment. 1 year experience as a Manager of people Must be able up to travel 50% and live in the Eastern or Central time zone USA states Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
