If you've been in high-ticket B2C sales for a while, you know the game.

You know that most "remote" sales jobs are glorified cold-calling sweatshops.

You know that "uncapped commission" usually means "impossible to hit targets."

You know that "great leads" often means "we bought a list from 2019."

And you know that "work-life balance" is code for "we'll text you at 9 PM on Sunday."


So let me talk to you like a fellow sales professional who's seen it all:


THE COMPANY:

THE PRODUCT:

High-ticket real estate investing programs. $3K-$10K+ range. Educational content that actually helps people. Not crypto. Not MLM. Not "get rich quick." Just proven real estate strategies for everyday investors.


THE LEADS:

Pre-set appointments booked by our marketing team. Live transfers from interested prospects. Evening and weekend timing = serious people with disposable income who have time to focus. No cold calling. No purchased lists. No "we found you online" BS.


THE COMPENSATION:

$36K W-2 base. Commission: 9.40% PIM, 5.29% NPIM. Uncappedand I mean actually uncapped, not "uncapped until you hit an arbitrary threshold." Current team average: $100K-$150K. Top performers: $129K+. Add 2 live transfers per day and you add $12K-$18K annually.


THE SCHEDULE:

Evenings and weekends. Rotating 3-week calendar. You work 2 out of 3 weekends. You know your schedule 3 weeks out. Calendar availability: ~50 hours. Actual work: ~40 hours. Talk time: <4 hours/day average.


THE LIFESTYLE:

100% remote. Home office. Downtime between calls is yours (just stay within 5-minute response range). No commute. No office politics. No pretending to look busy.


THE METRICS:

DPP target: $2,571. Average ticket target: $6,597. CRM tracking (HubSpot). Weekly KPI reviews. Transparent performance expectations.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:

  • You've sold $3K+ programs repeatedly

  • You can work independently without hand-holding

This isn't the easiest sales job. Evening/weekend hours aren't for everyone. You need discipline to work remote. You need closing skills because the leads won't sell themselves.
