When that call comes in, you are the first voice they hear and the person who sets everything in motion. As a Client Services Intake and Dispatch Coordinator at Rytech Restoration, you are the operational hub that connects our customers to our teams and keeps every job moving from that first call to the final update.

Our local teams handle water damage, mold remediation, and property recovery with care and professionalism. As part of Fortify Companies, we are part of a growing family that is redefining property protection, from prevention to restoration, across markets nationwide.
Hours: 11am - 8PM EST
What You'll Do
You will be the voice customers hear first and the engine that keeps our operations running. Day to day, that looks like this:
• Manage incoming call queues and provide professional, empathetic service to customers during high-stress situations
• Assign and dispatch service requests to technicians via email and internal platforms
• Accurately enter and update assignments, notes, and scheduling details across multiple systems
• Track job status and ensure timely updates, including inspection schedules and completion milestones
• Proactively follow up on assignments, including addressing delays, rejections, or missing information before they become problems
• Communicate clearly with technicians, vendors, customers, and internal teammates throughout each job
• Maintain detailed, organized documentation so everyone on the team has the visibility they need
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and flag them for improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business
Requirements
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years of customer service, dispatch, or administrative experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Comfortable navigating multiple software systems and email platforms at the same time
Preferred:
• Experience in restoration, insurance claims, dispatch, or call center operations
• Familiarity with CRM or job management platforms
• Experience handling escalations or service recovery situations
