We are seeking a professional and skilled Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing the movement of goods and people from one location to another. This involves routing and scheduling drivers and vehicles, tracking and monitoring shipments, maintaining communication with drivers and other stakeholders, solving problems as they arise, and keeping accurate records of transportation activities. Overall, the dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of goods and people in the logistics industry.

Responsibilities
  • Routing and scheduling drivers, vehicles, and other resources to ensure timely delivery of goods or transportation of people.
  • Must maintain constant communication with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure that everything is running smoothly and to address any issues that may arise.
  • Must track and monitor the movement of goods or people to ensure that they are on schedule and to make adjustments if necessary.
  • Must be able to quickly and effectively solve them, whether it's rerouting a driver to avoid traffic or finding an alternative transportation solution for a customer.

  • Ability to work well under pressure
