A Remote Dispatch Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the scheduling and routing of personnel, vehicles, or shipments from a remote location. They use various communication and software tools to monitor operations, assign tasks, and ensure timely deliveries or service calls. This role is common in industries like transportation, logistics, emergency services, and field service operations.
