Job Description: The New Business Analyst with 5-10 years of corporate sales experience is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the organization.
This role involves market research, strategic planning, client engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the organization's market presence and revenue streams.
Client Engagement:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business prospects, partnerships, and collaborations, including mergers and acquisitions if applicable.
Lead Generation: Generate leads and opportunities through networking, prospecting, and outreach efforts, both online and offline.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients or partners.
Financial Analysis:
Analyze financial data and metrics to assess the potential profitability of new business ventures or partnerships.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Project Management: Oversee the successful initiation and implementation of new business initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on the progress of new business efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in new business development, strategic consulting, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in market research tools and CRM software.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a focus on results
