Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments via telehealth, developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based, solution-focused interventions to address a range of mental health concerns.
• Provide therapeutic services utilizing a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while adapting your approach to meet the specific needs of each client in a remote setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, coordinating patient care discussions and treatment strategies in virtual meetings.
• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in peer review meetings, leveraging video conferencing technology to enhance collaborative care.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy, with the capability to deliver care effectively through remote modalities.
