Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing telehealth methods to accurately evaluate patients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using established best practices and evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Maintain meticulous clinical records within secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals through virtual meetings to discuss treatment strategies and enhance patient care.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, using video conferencing tools to foster teamwork and support.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options, while providing access to necessary community resources.
• Stay abreast of advancements in psychiatric practices by participating in virtual trainings, webinars, and continuous education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
