Tarantino Properties is looking to add a Regional Supervisor to join our growing company in Lubbock, Texas.
We are offering a competitive base salary plus sign-on bonus for this position.

Founded in 1980, our company provides a full complement of property management, brokerage, leasing and renovation services for commercial, residential and senior living properties throughout the United States.

We specialize in commercial office leasing, apartment management, senior living management, retail space, flex, industrial and warehouse properties. We work with our clients to develop the business plans and make the key decisions that will help them ultimately reach their goals, because we only succeed when our clients do.
Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and support to a region of on-site team members
• Conduct monthly on-site inspections of properties within designated region
• Consult and mentor on-site managers to analyze specific opportunities for improvement, provide solutions, and monitor outcomes
• Work diligently with Community Managers in preparation of annual operation budgets
• Monitor budget control
• Complete monthly financial review to ensure operational and financial goals are met
• Monitor property maintenance issues and recommend capital improvements as needed to maintain community market position
Qualification and Skills:
• Experience as a District Manager or Regional Manager in the Multifamily Industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
