Key Responsibilities

As an LCSW, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, experiences, and challenges.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and meet individual therapeutic goals.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions, such as dialectical behavioral therapy or cognitive-behavioral therapy, to foster client well-being and resilience.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation that complies with state and federal regulations while ensuring client confidentiality.
• Collaborating with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists, to facilitate a coordinated approach to care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
