Job description

Our collection agents make calls on the behalf of our financial services clients to collect money on past due accounts. Ideal candidates must be self-motivated, have exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, and enjoy being on the phone and negotiating. In addition, candidates must have critical thinking skills that help them effectively manage each interaction. Previous collections experience is a must and candidates must have a proven track record of career progression and sustained tenure in previous collections roles.

This is a REMOTE position, must have secure and distraction free environment.
