• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of infants and toddlers with disabilities or delays.
• Engage actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that family input is valued and integrated.
• Collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary professionals to monitor progress and outcomes, adapting strategies as needed to optimize child development.
• Provide tailored support and resources to families, equipping them with insights and tools to promote their child’s development.
• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations governing early intervention services, ensuring compliance and quality care.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, creating a trust-based environment conducive to learning and growth.
• Design individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment principles.
• Champion coaching models and natural environment teaching approaches to enhance both assessment and intervention strategies.

This role centers on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, working closely with their families to provide support and guidance. You will have the opportunity to make a profound and lasting impact on these children's lives, facilitating their growth and development in a nurturing environment.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is required for travel to community visits, if needed.
• At least one year of experience in early intervention services focusing on children is required.
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment practices is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• A collaborative spirit and respect for team dynamics are crucial components of our work culture.

Bilingual capabilities are highly advantageous, expanding our capacity to connect with diverse families. Experience with community health initiatives, family counseling, or advocacy for children with needs will also be beneficial in this role.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 80,000 annually, along with a robust benefits package that includes:
