Meridian Health Behavioral Services is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity, primarily focusing on providing care within our Detox Center. As part of our dynamic and supportive work environment, this remote position operates within a multidisciplinary team framework, with a particular focus on detoxification and addiction recovery. You will collaborate closely with therapists, healthcare providers, and support staff to ensure a standard of care that is both comprehensive and holistic. Our organization values work-life balance, offering a set schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with no required evening or weekend commitments.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans tailored to promote recovery and wellness.
• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services through evidence-based techniques, ensuring that all interventions are effective and client-centered.
• Perform timely intakes and evaluations to establish rapport and trust with new clients, facilitating a seamless entry into care.
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, utilizing mature judgment and clinical skills to navigate challenging scenarios effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive electronic records of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes using our integrated health management systems.
• Communicate regularly with medical professionals and community resources to enhance the coordination of care and streamline referrals.
• Screen clients for substance abuse and related issues, providing immediate support and directing them to appropriate external resources when needed.
• Participate actively in team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and contribute to the overall improvement of our services.
• Ensure adherence to all established mental health policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of care at all times.

This role primarily serves individuals seeking recovery from substance use and associated mental health challenges. You will work with a diverse patient population, including those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders. With a culturally competent and empathetic approach, the LCSW will guide clients through their recovery journey while utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet their unique needs.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) status in Arizona.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, treatment design, and crisis intervention.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas effectively, both in written and verbal communication.
• A collaborative spirit, with a proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.
• Capacity to engage with a culturally diverse patient and team population.

• Prior experience working within detox or addiction treatment, with knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) referrals.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal behavioral health programs and resources.
• Experience in providing group therapy sessions and family counseling.
• Strong crisis management skills and experience handling complex emotional situations.

Your dedication as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year.
