Job description

About The Team

Noah Medical is building the future of medical robotics. Our next generation robotic platform targets early diagnosis and treatment of patients across multiple indications. We are looking for exceptional engineers and key team members. Our incredibly talented team of 150+ engineers, innovators, and industry leaders bring years of experience from the top healthcare companies in the world, including: Intuitive, Auris, Stryker, Johnson & Johnson, Boston Scientific, Verb Surgical, Mako, Think Surgical, Medrobotics, and Hansen. We are looking for talented, motivated and ambitious team members to revolutionize robotic surgery.

 Core Responsibilities:

The Clinical Specialist is a clinical outside sales role responsible for driving product adoption, utilization, and long-term program growth within assigned accounts.

This role leads in-person case coverage as a primary commercial activity. Case coverage is not service support - it is a strategic selling activity that builds physician confidence, accelerates adoption, and expands procedural utilization.

You will:

Clinical Case Coverage & Adoption Growth (Primary Focus)

  • Lead live clinical case coverage across multiple hospital accounts, serving as the on-site clinical and product expert.
  • Exercise independent judgment and advanced product knowledge to guide HCPs in optimal device use during procedures.
  • Build physician trust and confidence that drives repeat utilization and expanded program growth.
  • Identify opportunities to increase procedural frequency, onboard new users, and expand departmental adoption.
  • Translate clinical interactions into actionable commercial insights for the territory team.
  • Reinforce best practices that improve procedural efficiency and strengthen long-term account retention.
  • Ensure KPI collection and accurate clinical documentation to support business performance tracking.

Account Partnership & Commercial Development

  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to support account strategy and territory growth initiatives.
  • Assist with product evaluations, trials, and follow-up engagement to convert interest into sustained usage.
  • Contribute to field training and onboarding efforts to accelerate adoption.
  • Develop relationships across clinical and operational stakeholders within accounts.
  • Drive new capital lead generation within assigned territory.

Note: This role involves highly intellectual and non-standardized work. You will apply specialized clinical knowledge acquired through formal education and comprehensive Noah training to influence procedural success and account growth.

 About You

  • 1-2 years in a clinical, healthcare, procedural, or medically adjacent environment
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build credibility with healthcare professionals
  • High attention to detail and ability to operate independently in live procedural settings
  • Commercial curiosity and eagerness to develop sales acumen
  • Passion for supporting excellent patient care while driving program success
