TheExecutiveAssistant provides essential administrative and operational support to leaders andteamswithin Strategy & Transformation.This role helps ensure smooth daytoday operations by coordinating schedules, managing communications, supporting meetings and projects, andmaintainingaccuraterecords. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned leaders and teams, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and followup.

  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and onsite/offsite events, including logistics, materials, and attendee communications.

  • Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare expense reports in accordance withcompany policies.

  • Prepare, format, and distribute internal and external correspondence, presentations, and reports.

  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring timelyand professional communication.
