Schedule: Day shift | Full-time

Salary range: $89,736.19 - $126,681.15 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Assess & Plan: Identify learning needs, competencies, and teaching tools for an assigned service or population, leveraging in-patient case management and bedside hospital experience. Maternity experience is not needed for this position. 
  • Develop & Implement: Design and execute educational plans, programs, and instructional materials tailored to staff and patient care needs.

  • Evaluate: Utilize specific methods, measurements, and tools to evaluate the achievement of learning goals and program effectiveness.

  • Collaborate & Record: Partner with nurse managers and staff to facilitate activities while maintaining accurate educational records and reports.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required.
  • Preferred Credential(s): Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Educator specializing in Childbirth credentialed from the Childbirth and Postpartum ProfessionalAssociation.

Education:

  •  Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
