In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide psychotherapy services to clients experiencing various mental health issues. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans using established best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring privacy and accuracy in documentation.
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a cohesive treatment approach for your patients.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance the quality of care provided.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health concerns, treatment paths, and community resources available for support.
• Staying abreast of current research and innovations in mental health to incorporate new methods into your practice.

You will engage with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults, who experience a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Each client presents a unique set of circumstances, providing you with the chance to utilize your skillset in a meaningful way to foster their mental health recovery and growth.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A current and valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Illinois.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience specifically in psychotherapy services.
• Proficient in various solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport with clients.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to make informed clinical decisions.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment.

• Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with virtual therapy tools is preferred.
• A background in working with underserved communities is highly valued.
• Experience in crisis intervention and case management can enhance the value you bring to our team.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
