Helping Homes Counseling & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team in Wichita, Kansas. Although primarily based remotely, LCSWs will have opportunities to connect with clients and other professionals in local schools and community organizations, ensuring services are tailored to the needs of our client population.

• Conduct detailed assessments to understand clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs effectively.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive service plans to align with clients' goals and evolving needs.
• Advocate proactively for clients, ensuring their rights are upheld and that they have access to necessary resources.
• Collaborate with community organizations, schools, and other service providers to enhance the overall support network for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions, professional workshops, and community outreach events to promote awareness of social justice issues.
• Assist in program development and evaluation, contributing to grant writing and reporting initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and families facing various psychological and social challenges. Your focus will be on creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can express their concerns and receive the help they need for personal and familial growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity for empathy and understanding.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and community partners.

• Experience working in nonprofit organizations or schools is highly recommended.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices, social justice advocacy, and community resources will be considered a valuable asset.
• Experience in contributing to program development and participating in outreach initiatives.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
